Your role

You ensure a flawless start for every new client. You take ownership of the full implementation process while building strong internal and external partnerships.

  • You configure payroll structures accurately and handle all required registrations.

  • You perform salary calculations and payslips for new clients.

  • You advise on Belgian social law in close collaboration with our legal team.

  • You support clients in coordinating with external partners such as insurance companies, meal voucher providers, and tax advisors.

  • You act as the main point of contact during the client onboarding phase, building a relationship based on expertise, discretion, and trust.

  • You collaborate closely with our legal, business development, and payroll teams and ensure a smooth internal handover once the implementation phase is completed.

Your profile

  • You have a passion for payroll and social legislation.

  • You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch and French.

  • You have initial experience in payroll or hard HR.

  • You think proactively and critically alongside clients.

  • You work accurately and efficiently.

  • You remain structured and calm under pressure.

  • You set priorities independently and manage your workload efficiently.

  • You are a team player who contributes to a positive and professional work environment.
